First and foremost, we would like to express our deepest gratitude for welcoming a Small Kumamon plush into your life. We have an important update regarding Small Kumamon plush that we wish to share with you.

Our product was initially designed for sale within Japan, and the birthday card has been exclusively sent to our domestic customers. Unfortunately, due to issues such as incorrect addresses, we encounter significant challenges in delivering these cards internationally. As a result, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue the shipment of birthday cards to international destinations as of December 31, 2023.

However, if you are living overseas and would like to receive a birthday card, please do not hesitate to contact us via email. Once we receive your request, we will be able to send you the card as an email attachment.

Please be aware that the card will only be available in Japanese. Additionally, each Small Kumamon plush is assigned a unique serial number. When reaching out, please make sure to include your name and your Small Kumamon plush’s serial number in your correspondence.
